Location Wack Route 0 Location of Frosty Forest in Wack.

The Frosty Forest is a forest location to the east of Glacie City. The laws of nature appear to behave quite strangely here: you can enter a passageway to the north and come out in the south of the forest. Leveling up Eevee here make it evolve into Glaceon. Leveling up Rockon in area 1 will make it evolve into Frostolem. Leveling up Crabrawler in area 2 will make it evolve into Crabominable.

A man in the left side of the forest will give you a shiny Smoball.

Sidequest

There is a hidden cave accessible from this area, with a boy trapped and being cornered by some wild Iceis. These Iceis must be defeated, and then you can rescue the boy.

After doing this quest, the boy's mother, excited to have her son back, will give you the Liberty Ticket, which you can show to the boat captain in Wack Town, and he will take you to Liberty Island.
