Liberty Island is an island in the Wack region. It is accessible from Wack Town once the player has completed the side quest where they save the little boy from the Iceis: the Liberty Ticket will then be obtained. This island has a Lighthouse and two caves, all of which house wild Pokemon. Victini can be found at the very back of the lighthouse.
Both evil teams seem to have some level of interest in this island.
