Surfin City is a city located in the Wack region. To the west is Route 6, and to the north is Route 7. The city is very small, with only a few buildings. A man in the northeast corner will take you to TRIAL Island when spoken to. Interacting with the rocks in the water to the southeast will bring you to Witch Island.
